Pizza la Bier is a hidden gem in the Minakami area, offering some of the best brick oven pizzas around. We ordered the classic Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi, both of which were exceptional and could easily compete with top pizzas like those at STRADA in Ginza, Tokyo. Each slice was bursting with flavor, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

While the menu is simple, with one pasta option, the focus here is clearly on delivering high-quality pizza, along with great drinks like locally brewed Octone beer and a good wine selection. I can’t wait to return and try their specialty—mushroom cheese pizza.

The ambiance also deserves mention. The restaurant has a cozy interior, with a soft glow of natural sunlight that makes dining here even more enjoyable. There’s also outdoor seating if you prefer to dine with a view.

Incredibly delicious hot and fresh pizza cooked in a brick oven! I was so surprised to find yet another amazing restaurant in Minakami and was so blown away but the quality of the food, service, and rustic-style atmosphere.
