Amazing scotch fillet, they timed their cooking so that it would be medium rare despite putting the meat on a hot plate.

The wagyu steak was nice too, buttery. But it’s so rich that you would probably want a smaller cut of wagyu, and get a bigger cut of scotch fillet (ribeye).

Salad bar was unlimited and all the choices of sauces...

This is an odd place. The snow was not cleared from the entrance so i wasn't even sure it was open. The steak is served on a cast iron plate with nearly raw onions and (thawed) frozen vegetables, and you sprinkle your own seasonings on it.
