Amazing scotch fillet, they timed their cooking so that it would be medium rare despite putting the meat on a hot plate.
The wagyu steak was nice too, buttery. But it’s so rich that you would probably want a smaller cut of wagyu, and get a bigger cut of scotch fillet (ribeye).
