It’s more than just a hotel. It’s also an experience. 10/10, would recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba. All the staff were very helpful, great food, wine and amenities. Closest to Iwatake, which is my favorite ski resort. Make use of their private shuttle between nagano and hakuba, it’s so much more convenient than other transportation options.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the service is sensational. There is a lot unexpected things that they provide I.e amazing breakfast, free plum wine and sake. This place also provides free private bath. The private bath takes away the soreness after ski. We are keen to come back next year.

夫婦2名でキッチン付きのお部屋に2泊しました。古民家をリノベーションしたことで、物音や他の宿泊客の声などするのかなと不安でしたが、みなさん気をつけていたのかとても静かに過ごすことができました。 夜は、白馬の特産物を調理して夕食をお部屋でいただきました。調理器具や調味料、冷蔵庫もあるのでかなり楽しめます。 AO LAKESIDE CAFEプランだったので、朝食は車で20分かけて青木湖でいただきました。とても穏やかな湖の湖畔で食事も景色も楽しめます。2泊とも青木湖まで行ったので、1泊くらいは宿の朝食も食べてみたかったなとも思いました。 滞在中は岩盤浴、フリースペースではボードゲームをフリードリンクを飲みながらゆったりとした時間を過ごしました。ストレッチもできます。 こちらの宿泊施設は、基本セルフサービスです。ペンションや海外のB&B（2つ星）といったイメージがピッタリします。TVはないですし、トイレ・バスルームはシャワーのみで狭いです。フロントは常駐していないので、ホテルのサービスを好む方には物足りないかもしれません。私は、自由な時間が過ごせたので非常に満足度は高いです。
