I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Costco Hamamatsu. As a loyal customer, I was shocked by the treatment I received from the staff during my visit. I forgot my membership card at home, and in a moment of necessity, I decided to use my wife's membership card to complete my purchase.
To my surprise, the staff at the checkout counter reacted with outright hostility. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they accused me of attempting to steal and made me feel like a criminal. The rudeness and condescending attitude I encountered were completely uncalled for. I was taken aback by the lack of understanding and compassion shown by the staff in this situation.
While I understand the importance of adhering to membership policies, the staff's handling of the situation was completely inappropriate. I had hoped for a more understanding approach, given that it was a simple mistake on my part. Instead, I was made to feel ashamed and embarrassed in front of other shoppers.
This incident has left a lasting negative impression on me regarding the customer service at Costco Hamamatsu. As a loyal customer who values the shopping experience and the products offered by Costco, I expected better treatment from the staff. It is disappointing to see that even in a well-known establishment like Costco, such unprofessional behavior exists among the staff members.
I sincerely hope that the management of Costco Hamamatsu takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of staff behavior. No customer should be made to feel like a criminal for an honest mistake. I will certainly think twice before returning to this location and will consider other alternatives for my shopping needs...

Slightly cheaper than supermarkets Large cheddar cheese available Baked beans available Big pizza was cheap Frozen chicken available
Here's the bad points..... All in all, an...
