OMOTE BAKERY — Restaurant in Hamamatsu

There is nothing special about this shop other than the garden at the front. The bread is the same as any other shop. Not great, not terrible. Just average. This shop seriously lacks originality. The triple cheese bread was over cooked and chewy. It was tough to eat. The sausages used in the bread are less than average taste. The products look good to the eye but are poor to the tongue. Staff were inattentive and I was left waiting at the counter whilst one member of staff thought placing products on shelves was more important than a customer. The apologies that followed lacked sincerity. The choice of actual bread, such as loaves or baguettes was very very poor. No sour dough. No malt. No wholewheat. No ciabatta. No farmhouse. 開店後2、3ヶ月後に行きました。 丁度品薄だったみたいで、お店が閉まってました。（パンの焼待ち） 番号札をもらい自分の番が来て入店すると、あらビックリ、数種類しかパンが並んでいませんでした。 こんな少ないのが分かっていれば、他のお店に行っていました。 しょうがないので、同じ種類のを2つ買ったりしてお会計しようとしたら、個数制限で8個？までと言われました。 待った挙句、種類も全くなく個数制限まであるなんて色々とビックリして、もう行かないと決めした。 値段はそこそこしたイメージです。 パン自体は美味しかったです。 最近は、お店の前通ると車はあまり止まっていませんね。 近所なの...
