log camp — Restaurant in Hanno

It is a gibier-serving restaurant so they offer deer and wild boar meat on their menu. The vegetables that they use for their dishes are organic. The ambience of the restaurant is really relaxing. We chose to stay outdoors (al fresco dining) to enjoy the heat of summer but it was cool inside. What my friends and I really liked about it was how accommodating the staff of the restaurant and the owner were. Overall, our experience was wonderful. Highly recommended...

We had such an excellent experience at this little comfy restaurant. The owner and chef were so kind to us and explained each part of the dishes we ordered. The atmosphere was so friendly and peaceful. The food was also unique, fresh, and very tasty. We ordered the deer meat keema curry, sausage plate, and deer steak. Everything was so flavorful and exquisite. Oh, and this place is pet friendly! Highly recommended!! We are definitely going back...

たまたま見つけたこちらのお店。なんかもうびっくり。美味しいんです、何もかも。

私が注文したのは、本日のランチの中から猪ソーセージのジャンバラヤのセット。それからお店のお姉さんも「美味しいですよ〜」のお墨付きの鹿のタルタルステーキ。どちらも大正解。セットのサラダも手抜きなしのクオリティでとても良かったですし、ジャンバラヤも、かなりピリ辛ですが、ソーセージの旨味も効いていて美味。見た目以上の量がスキレットに入ってますが、ペロリと頂きました。

で、鹿のタルタルステーキ！コレはヤバいです。一見、ローストビーフをざっくり切って寄せて、みたいな見た目ですが、味も旨味も食感も、全くの別物（当たり前か）。鹿独特の臭みは相当に抑えられている代わりに、その旨味、甘味が存分に感じられます。付け合わせの、浅く使ったピクルスとの相性も抜群！それに、クレソンもとてもしっかりした味と香りなので、鹿肉と合わせて食べた時の相乗効果が半端ないのです。クレソン大盛り！とかあったらいいのに（笑）

驚きと喜びは、ツレが頼んだ3点盛りからも！ ジビエハンバーグは、とろっとろな旨味、なのに獣臭が殆どしない。今まで食べてた猪はなんだったんだろう、と思うほどの出来。太くて大きい猪のソーセージは、超ジューシー。コレでホットドッグで食べても、かなりヤバいでしょう。鹿肉いりのコロッケはタルタルソース付き。激ウマの予感と共に口に入れると、その期待を裏切る事なく幸せを感じます。

ジビエは、あのクセのある臭いと味が良いんだ！と言い張る人には向かないでしょうが、普通に美味しいお肉と野菜が食べたい、と言うなら皆、一度は訪れるべきかとおもいます。あぁ、でもすごく混むように...
