長年利用(毎年ゴールドカード)してますが… 去年から徐々に色々と酷くなってます 店員はベテランが減少 接客も不対応が多発… (常連は自分で行動しますが新規は困ってますね、最近は困り客よく見ます) 提供の料理で新人を教育は最悪です で調理担当も手抜き作業増えてます 餃子、焦げ過ぎて片面レンガ？炭の時も(炭状で普通出さない！) チャーハン、油入れすぎでは？味が低迷してます。(キムチ入りはキムチで味はギリギリ可) ラーメン系ほぼ、油が浮き過ぎ (ラーメン専門店で油激増し頼んだのと同じ) ホイコーロー、適当調理されてました 肉は炭混じり、ピーマンは生で味は付いて無し、キャベツは5割以上が芯で硬すぎ (いくら物価高騰でも酷い調理法を改善必須) でホイコーローの皿なのに油が満載 味も、ほぼ油風味 (もったいないですが残しました食べれたものじゃないです) ニラレバ、物価高騰で肉質がガタ落ちしてますね 味も低下してます(-.-;) 他も色々と…良くなると良いですが 期待薄ですかね… 1回落ちると戻らない店は多々...
