We came in to visit with my wife’s mentor from college and we were happily surprised by this humble pizzeria. Maybe 8-10 seats total, one man working behind the counter, and some light jazz playing in the background. First off, happy that they have an English menu. Second off, short menu that states specifically “sorry will close if out of pizza dough”. Third, prices are decent for pizza but awesome for quality. The giant wood-fired pizza oven stands out behind the counter. You can watch the owner pound out and stretch the dough for each pizza he makes one at a time. The pizzas are probably 12in each, cut in to 8 pieces, and they are fantastic. Between the three of us we ordered 4 pizzas and could have done a 5th if I didn’t keep at the wine.
