Sushiro — Restaurant in Hikari

⛰️Come Try YAMAGUCHI⛰️ Less crowded Sushiro branch compared to other affordable sushi places. Wide parking lots, Waiting area is also spacious. Tables/seats are also alot so can expect turnover faster. Peak time(e.g. 12pm1pm, 7pm8pm) will be crowded and will have to wait 30min~1hr.

Rush to get waiting number. When you enter the restaurant, you will find a check-in machine and key in number of pax & table preference (table or counter table/anywhere ok) and get number slip.

Wait till your number is called. The issue is how your number is called is by voice announcement in Japanese only. There may be a monitor to show the number ready for a table but monitor was broken at my visit.

When your number is called, proceed to 2nd machine to scan your QR code to get table number. After you scan, you will get table number slip and proceed to the table of the number.

Enjoy sushi dishes! After you settle yourself at the table assigned, start and enjoy your sushi time! All orders will be done via menu tablet. English menu available. For water and green tea - free of charge. As the free service is self- service, you will need to get your own cup at Self- service corner. Water server is also at the self-service corner. For green tea, you bring back your cup empty to your table, place green tea powder as you want and pour hot water (hot water server is at your table.)

When you arrive at your table, staff will give you bill slip or bill slip is placed on the table. Please keep it for your payment later.

Check out/payment When you are done, confirm the billing amount via menu tab, tap "confim". After that, bring the paper billing slip to cashier and scan the bar code and pay your bill. Card payment available.

2024年10月21日追記 湯のみ、おしぼり、薬味などがセルフサービスになり、入口側に集約されました。 テーブルが汚れてしまったとおしぼりが欲しい時、注文するつもりのなかったうどんの七味、天ぷら類を注文したら塩、とその度に席から立たなければならず、かなり不便になりました。 回転レーンは広告が流れているだけ、今までのように回転レーンで流すか回転レーン上の設置にしてほしい。 いつも利用させていただいています。 最近になって表示されている、ネタのサイズのバランスが悪いとかの場合取り替えするのでお知らせください。とありますが、なかなか言いにくいものです。 初めからバランスが悪いもの（お客さんに指摘されるもの）は提供しないようにしていただくことが、素晴らしいサービスと思っています。 いつもネタのバランスが悪いこともありますが、今回はえび天にぎりがバランスが悪く、小さい方は問題なかったと思います。大きい方が、衣に火が通っておらず気持...
