Jolly Pasta — Restaurant in Hiroshima

If you happen to take an express bus later in the evening, it’s quite convenient here. Of course the choice is limited, everything is a bit colourful but ordering is fairly easy. Actually, even a machine tells you where to sit. One then just uses the tablet available at the table. Once you type in a number, if you switched to English, the name of the meal is just shown (in case you find the pictures inaccurate). Food tasted ok too. We had a Margarita pizza and tiramisu. Don’t expect Michelin miracles. But we enjoyed the thin and crispy pizza dough. It came with a pizza cutter. Music is interesting but did not really bother us. I am not sure if I would take a ride here to get a meal but ending up here late and finding this was perfect for us. The beer went down smoothly. 個人的には庚午のジョリパが接客がよく気持ちがいいのでおすすめします。

2025年6月1日11:30前後にシフトに入っていた従業員の方の主体性がなさすぎる。

お客様が困っている方に対して、他の誰かがなんとかするだろうという在り方。

ファミレスに対して、接客やそれに付随する質などを求めたことは、これまでの人生で一度もありませんし、髪の毛が提供されたものの中に入っていようが、文句を言ったことはこれまでの人生で一度もないですが、びっくりするぐらい社員、バイトの教育がなっていません。

お金を取って良いレベルではないと個人的には感じました。

・飲み物が出ない すぐに伝えても対応してもらえない。 飲み物が出ないことを確認せずに、直りましたと伝えられ、ボタンを押すがでない。

再度出ない旨を伝えると、「直ってますよ？」と喧嘩腰。

ボタンを押して、出ないことを実践で伝えると「炭酸がないのかもしれない」と。

客がそんなこと知るか！

・ピザカッターがこない ・取り皿もこない。

だったら、客にセルフで取れるようにしてもらえませんか？
