福岡人なので味の比較や評価は真を得てないかも知れませんが、福岡で食べていた広島風のお好み焼きとは違ってソースが軽く、ソバの焼き加減も絶妙で毎日でも食べれる味だなぁと思いました。 元になっているソースは甘めなんですが、鉄板脇に置いてある辛味ソースを追加するとめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 オバチャン(多分同世代)も大変感じが良くて、初めて訪問したのに久しぶりに地元に帰ってきたみたいな温かさを感じました。 流行りのお店ではないアットホームで美味しいお店をお探しの方にはおすすめします！
