A Hidden Gem!
I recently visited Agnes & Antiques and was absolutely delighted by the experience. This charming spot beautifully combines a cozy cafe with a fascinating antique store, making it a unique and delightful place to spend an afternoon.
The cafe offers a wonderful selection of coffee and teas, along with delicious homemade pastries and light bites. I tried their ginger ale and pizza sandwhich—both were exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home.
As for the antique store, it's a treasure trove of vintage finds and unique pieces. The collection is well-curated, with everything from quaint knick-knacks to stunning furniture and rare collectibles. It's easy to lose track of time exploring all the nooks and crannies filled with history and charm. I even got myself a laptop case made from France!!
The combination of a relaxing cafe and an intriguing antique shop makes Agnes & Antiques a must-visit. Whether you're looking for a great cup of coffee, a unique gift, or just a cozy place to unwind, this spot has it all....
Read moreI strongly advise against visiting the restaurant akane' Antique Shop" based on my recent experience. The owner's dreadful attitude, coupled with a tendency to make excuses and display favoritism towards locals over foreigners, cast a shadow over the entire visit. Despite its alluring name, the establishment is mostly stocked with replicas rather than authentic antiques.
The disappointment continued with the subpar food quality and cleanliness. Utensils and the food itself were far from clean, leading to a disheartening dining experience. The so-called decorative fresh flowers were far from fresh, embodying the lack of care for the ambiance. My order of two cheesecakes arrived with inconsistent plating, and to make matters worse, a grimy fork was provided.
Even the salads were not spared from the lack of attention to detail. The dressing appeared to have dirt in it, which was quite off-putting. It is with a sincere plea that I caution everyone against falling into the trap or scam of this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding this...

The cafe itself is cozy and welcoming, with a great selection of beverages and treats. I enjoyed a Cocoa au lait and Hamburger steak sandwich—both were absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
