バーミヤン 須玉インター店 — Restaurant in Hokuto

Bamiyan is a chain family restaurant that my friends and I frequent! They have many locations but I visit the one in Sutama the most. I have my Japanese lessons there about once a week and the staff is very kind!

Basically you come in, you tell them how many in your party, and they will sometimes ask if you’d like smoking or non-smoking before allowing you to choose a table. They usually have a seasonal menu, a hot pot menu, and a regular menu! Once you’ve decided what you want to eat, you press the button on your table and the waitress or waiter will come to take your order.

Bamiyan is the closest thing I’ve had to American-style Chinese food in Japan. They have dishes like Hong Kong Pork and Shrimp in Chili Sauce and you can order your entree with a set! My favorite is the gyoza chahan set (dumplings and fried rice!). This set does not typically come with a drink but they have a water station you can help yourself to for free!

今日夕食に家族と伺いました。美味しく食事をいただいてお皿も下げてもらい歓談していると、男性のスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、注文した五目麺にちょっとした手違いがあったとの丁寧な説明と謝罪を頂きました。私たちが気づかないほど些細で、全く問題ないことだったのですが、私たちが恐縮してしまうほど、誠意を持って対応していただき、感動しました。 レジで会計をして頂いた女性のスタッフの方からも重ねてのお詫びがあり、スタッフ間のコミュニケーションと連携がきちんとされているんだなとわかりました。コロナ感染防止のため、通常より数多くの雑多な業務がある中、非常にきめ細やかに神経を張り巡らせていることが伺われ、頭が下がるばかりです。スタッフ全員が丁寧な言葉づかいで誠実に接客なさっていました。 今日のこの一件でまた是非来店したいと確信しました。お名前を伺い忘れてしまいましたが、テーブルに来て頂いた眼鏡の男性スタッフの方、素晴らしい接客でした...

ここまで来たら信州蕎麦を食べたいところですがインター近辺に目ぼしいお店が無いのでメニューと現物にギャップを感じるバーミヤンに行きました。どこのバーミヤンでも同じですがオーダーは座席で端末を操作して、お水やおしぼりはセルフサービス、お支払もバーコード決済なら座席で端末で出来ます。担々麺を頼んだら辛さを増すのに料金上乗せでした。配膳もロボットが運んで来てくれます。担々麺もスーラーター麺もメニューの写真とのギャップは無くて丁寧に盛り付けされていました。お味も想像を裏切らない安定感。60歳以上のお客さんに配る5％割引のプラチナパスポートが端末からオーダー出来なかったので無くなったのかと思っていたら、端末から自動で流れてくる広告に案内されていて無事入手出来ました。でも何故かロボットでは無くて店員さんが持って来てくれました、年齢確認しないので店員さんがチェ...
