HIBIYA — Restaurant in Hokuto

I used Google maps to find "best dinners" near my hotel and they brought me to this cozy little place! It's definitely catered more to locals as there is no English in the menu. We mostly got by by translating and by pointing at other photos posted by guides. I definitely recommend this place to anyone near the area! It's a bit isolated but it's definitely worth it as the meat is so good! Just be prepared for a bit of a language barrier if you're not that fluent...

焼肉 ひび屋 去年去北海道時 當時用TABELOG搜尋北海道第一名的燒肉店在哪 沒想到是在函館北斗市一個很偏僻的地方 雖然位處偏僻，卻是個人氣預約名店 更是拿下2018及2019The Tabelog Award Bronze 受賞店 能在北海道這麼大的地區拿下連兩屆The Tabelog Award 且受賞的店家非常少，能夠得獎確實是不容易 這間主打擁有日本三大和牛的米澤牛，飛驒牛，宮崎牛 不僅如此，連其他肉類來源品質都非常注重 像是留壽都豬肉.北斗市產薩福克羊肉.櫪木縣產香雞等 這次東北遊的最後幾天來到了函館 租車前往民宿，民宿老闆很驚訝我居然知道這間燒肉店 趕緊打電話幫我預約，好險還有位置 ひび屋離函館駅開車車程約25分鐘 店不太大，座位不多，皆是榻榻米座位 菜單只有日文 點了以下 上物三点盛り(上カルビ，上ハラミ，上ロース) 2800円 上等三種拼盤(上等五花肉.上等橫膈膜.上等里肌肉) カルビ（宮崎牛） 五花肉 1080円 お薦め三点盛り　 推薦三種拼盤 1800円 タン塩 牛舌鹽味 1800円 ネギタン 加蔥 +100円 セセリ 雞脖子邊的肉 450円 石焼ビビンバ 石鍋拌飯 980円 豚カルビ 豚五花肉 580円 サフォークラム(モモ.バラ.肩) 2980円 薩福克羊肉(腿肉.肋骨肉.肩肉) 幾乎每樣都很好吃，每種肉品都毫不遜色 配上石鍋拌飯又是非常下飯的組合 很想再追加其他肉品，可是真的吃太撐了 今年七月中旬會店家會移轉旁邊重新裝潢 菜單內容是否會再更新，等之後有緣人分享了 從新函館北斗駅開車過來約5分鐘 從函館市區開車過來約20分鐘 MAPCODE...
