NAKAMURA Whiskey Saloon — Restaurant in Hokuto

If you’re looking for a sophisticated place to enjoy some whiskey, NAKAMURA Whiskey Saloon is an ideal fit. The staff was wonderful-professional, helpful, and engaging. The whisky selection was a little lacking. They were out of a couple of Japanese whisky’s I was interested in enjoying (Hibiki 17 & TAKETSURU 21)…and their list of whisky isn’t largest to begin with, so I was a little disappointed in this regards. I was able to enjoy a beautiful 17 NIKKA TAKETSURU Whisky. I also tried a couple of other easier to come by whisky’s to know if I’d want to purchase a bottle when available. This in and of itself, was also helpful. I’m not sure that I’d go out of my way to drink here, but if staying in the area, I’d certainly be open to coming back in. ホテルキーフォレスト北杜の館内での特別展示、トヨタ自動車「COROLLA CROSS Presents Meguru Yamaguchi Special Exhibition 」を記念して、バーで振る舞われるオリジナルカクテル。スモーキーな味わいで大変奥ゆかしい。ダークチョコレートで山口歴ブラッシュストロークをグラスに表現するとは想定外でした。
