Absolutely stunning. High quality gourmet cuisine using local organic ingredients, created by a master of the fusion between French & Japanese cuisine. The chef served each course and passionately described the ingredients & theme. Wine matching was really fun & the chef was an expert at this too. Reminiscent of Tetsuyas. We booked two months before and ordered ¥6,000 lunch. On the day we selected ¥3,800 wine pairings that include sparkling, two white wines, and red wine. There were three groups except for us, so I could refresh in the calm atmosphere. We enjoyed all dishes made by local foodstuffs, especially I preferred the first fresh salad with big sliced sausage. 全面ガラス張りの素敵なフレンチレストランです。 スタッフの対応は親切かつ非常に丁寧です。 ただ、残念だったのはグループで大声でノーマスクで会話がとまらない客が来店していたことです。 会話の内容もいちばん離れた席にまで丸聞こえでした。 何度かお店の方がやんわりとお声掛けしてくださいましたが、直ぐに大声での会話に戻り、落ち着いてお食事や雰囲気を愉しむどころではありませんでした。 大急ぎで流し込むように食べてお店をあとにしました。 もうひと組は、品の良い老夫婦が来店されていて、時々相槌を打ちながら静かにお食事をされていました。 このグループは、ご自分達の身勝手な行為が他人の命を脅かしているという自覚は全くないようでした。 自分達さえ楽しければ、同じ空間にいる他人やお店の方に迷惑を掛けようが気にならないのでしょうね。。 こういう集団がいることでコロナは終息せず、無症状から感染する輩が絶えず、感染しても自分は軽症だっただとか、コロナはただの風邪などと身勝手なことを言って感染対策をしませんね！ 黙食をし、マナーを守っている方のディナーを台無しにしていることを自覚して欲しいものです。 その場に相応しくない、場違いなお客に対しても、お店の方は気分を害さないように気を遣いながら一生懸命丁寧に対応されていましので、それでも自分達の欲望が抑えきれずノーマスクでひたすら喋り続けることがやめられない愚かな客に対しては、 １年近く経過した今でも、忘れることが出来ず、呆れるのを通り越して怒りしかございません！ お店方は感染対策を呼びかけておられました。 他人に敬意を払うことができず、礼儀正しく振る舞うことが出来ない残念な方が来店していたことに対しては大変恐怖でしかございません...
