五井にしゃぶ葉が出来た頃は

会社の同僚と良くしゃぶしゃぶを 食べに此方に訪問しました😺

手頃なお値段でお肉が腹一杯 食べられますので、私のような

一般庶民には実にありがたい ファミリーレストランです😸

久々に訪問したら、コロナ対策のためか マスクの着用以外に食材を取る時は

使い捨て手袋を使って欲しいと お店の方にお願いされました。

コロナ対策はしっかりとされています😺

ただ、席の間に仕切り板が無いことは 気になった。

案内された席に着き、私と妻は 三元豚のコースをオーダー。

豚のコースですが、鶏肉とつくねが

付いて豚肉が食べられない妻にも しゃぶしゃぶが楽しめる内容です😺

出汁はベースの白だしの他に 柚塩をチョイス。

タレはポン酢にネギと紅葉おろしを 入れてしゃぶしゃぶを楽しみました。

豚はロース肉と豚バラ肉がありましたが 肉の柔らかさと旨味を感じるなら

豚バラの方がロース肉より美味いと 思います😋

ロースは出汁に漬けると肉が 固くなりやすく食感が今一つに思える。

食事の途中でタレの味を変えたくなり

私はポン酢にラー油を加えて 酸っぱ辛いタレに変えて食べてみました。

なかなかイケる味わいで オススメ出来ます😸

しゃぶ葉はコスパの良い ファミレスなので

ドリンクバーとアルコールの 飲み放題を付けても

2人で5000円以下😺

久々のしゃぶしゃぶは 美味しゅうございました。

I took a seat and my wife and I I ordered a course of Sangen pork.

It ’s a pork course, but chicken and meatballs

For my wife who can't eat pork It is a content that you can enjoy shabu-shabu 😺

In addition to the base white soup stock Choose Yuzu salt.

Sauce is ponzu with green onions and grated autumn leaves I put it in and enjoyed shabu-shabu.

The pork had loin and pork ribs If you feel the tenderness and umami of the meat

Pork rose is more delicious than loin I think 😋

When the loin is soaked in soup stock, the meat becomes It tends to harden and the texture seems to be unsatisfactory.

I want to change the taste of the sauce in the middle of the meal

I added chili oil to ponzu I changed it to a sour and spicy sauce and tried it.

With a pretty cool taste I can recommend it 😸
