Dosanko Ramen Tabi — Restaurant in Ichihara

We were on our way to Sayuri World zoo and came across this ramen restaurant just 4 minutes away. It was a great place to stop for lunch before heading to the zoo. The restaurant has about 12 tables where majority are conventional table with chairs and 2 to the side where the table is low and you sit on the floor. The menus are in Japanese only but with google translate, that was not a problem. There was one lady serving and 2 chefs in the kitchen. Although the lady was on serving on her own, she was very efficient and there was minimal waiting time. We ordered by pointing to the items we wanted from the menu. The ramen varies between 900 and 1200 yen. For that you get a large bowl of noodles. It was very flavoursome. We also tried a portion of gyoza which was freshly made and tasted delicious. クレームとかではないです。 店内は古いけど清潔、ホールのスタッフさんも笑顔で提供も早く見た目も美味しそうな塩ラーメンでした。 ただ、塩味がまったくしなかったです。 何かの間違いかと思って底までかき混ぜて再度スープ飲んでみても薄味というレベルではなく塩味が皆無でした。 塩ダレを入れ忘れたのかな…と思いつつ、申し訳ありませんがスープ二口飲んで店をあとにしました。

他のお客さんの完食具合を見た所、間違いなくほぼおいしそうに完食していらっしゃったのでたまたま何かの間違いかと思います。
