I went here today (June 5th 2024, 17:40) and I must say that the staff especially the Shift Manager the time I visited this branch was very cheerful, friendly and prompt. I don’t normally say “goodbye” and “thank you very much” before leaving a fast food chain and after dining but I did. I am impressed with the customer service of that lady Shift Manager. :-) The only downside is, this branch closes early. :-(

以前から雑な仕上がりですが、もう慣れていますので問題ないです。しかし先日ビッグマックを注文したのですが、パティが1枚しかなく、ソースも違っていました。容器はビッグマックだったので入れ間違い？とも思ったのですが、絶妙にどの商品とも相違していました。その日は新人さんがキッチンに入っていて、うっかり新商品を制作してしまったのでしょう、全く別物だったけど美味しく食べたから良しとしましたが、指導員は不在なのか...

子供といった際、店員の人と知り合いな人が先にいて、レジで注文している時にもいきなりバイバーイと手を振っていたりとびっくりでした。 家に帰ると口注文した内容とレジ打ちが間違えていて違うものが入っていました。 レジの時に注文確認もなかったし、こっちの注文をきかず私語をするのは最悪です。 子供もいるので、取り替えには行けず。 ベテランぽい方だったので残念。 ちゃんと...
