サイゼはコスパが良くて普段から利用していますがここの店舗はスタッフの質が悪すぎるので注意が必要です。
店内飲食中にテイクアウトメニューを2点注文し、普段なら20分程で出来上がるところなかなか来なかったので店員さんを呼びました。 若いアルバイトの女の子に、 『テイクアウトの品、あとどのくらいでできますか？』と聞くと、『確認します』と言ったっきり戻ってこず。
再度呼び鈴を鳴らすと、状況をわかっていない子が来る→また同じ確認をしました。
キッチンのほうに向かい、テイクアウトの料理を持って来たが、お待たせ的な言葉も一言もなく、帰り際に袋の中を確認すると、おしぼりどころかスプーンフォークなど一切入っておらず、家で食べるわけじゃないのでそのまま退店していたら困るところでした。
男性スタッフにそれを伝えても謝りもせず… 本当に呆れました
