Bleu de Roche — Restaurant in Ichikawa

I've checked this place months ago thought it would be too far to go to; but, today we were in a mission to check it out. we got there a minute early to open, people were line up already. About a half an hour of waiting, we were ready to go inside. They were still putting new breads on the shelf. while we were wondering what to pick, I heard cashiers was saying ( Thank you for waiting) to every time , and some conversations with regular. Really friendly, and present. When I was at cashier I asked if the breads I picked were sour, she said our breads were not in your face acidic. I was happy about it because when we went to othe place ( Chest: no longer there) we didn't ask and we ended up lots of sour breads ( even baguette) yuck. Anyway, we both had happy faces when we had a first bite. Baguette was perfectly baked, crusty bit chewy and it was whole wheat! so happy for the baguette I couldn't put it down ! my husband liked the strawberry pastry. the Fig ones was bit too much of tea for me but my husband liked it. Fruity ones has a ridiculous amount of dried fruits in it, he was also happy. We will definitely going back.

家族みんなお気に入りのパン屋さん。正式な名前は私しか覚えておらず「美味しいパン屋」と皆呼んでいます。 木土オープンですが、時折お休みがあるので開店日はInstagramで確認すると確実です。 たいていオープン後は並ぶので、開店前早めの到着か並ぶのを覚悟で向かいます。

いつも我が家お気に入りのパン(ベーコンエピ、チーズブール、ザワークラウトとソーセージのサンド、フルーツの乗ったデニッシュ、塩バターパンなど)をメインにその時に気になったパンを買います。日替わりサンドイッチも具がフレッシュで大好き。

どのパンも美味しいのですが、サンドイッチに使われている丸いパンがカリカリモチモチ小麦の味がしてとても美味しい。単品で売っているのか聞くのを忘れたと思いながらサンドイッチを食べるのを繰り返しています。

現金払いと2つくらい？のキャッシュレス払いのみで不便かもしれませんが、さぁ行くぞといそいそ現金を用意するのも苦...

2023年10月追記。 冷蔵庫に入っている、ピスタチオクリームのフランスパン食べてみて。飛ぶぞ。 また買いに行きます！！

めちゃめちゃサクサクのクロワッサンに惹かれて、以降機会があれば通っています😍 デニッシュパンもサックサク、ウインナーのパンはもっちもち、メロンパンもサクふわで、どれを食べても美味しいです。 明太子のパンやナッツとドライフルーツのパンはしっかり固くて食べごたえ満点です。 よく夕方に行くのですが、朝に行くといつも10人くらい並んでます。大人気。
