Situé dans un charmant village de montagne du magnifique temple de Hozen-ji, ce très bon restaurant propose une carte assez réduite mais où les plats sont préparés avec soin. Si la quantité est peut être un peu faible, la qualité et la présentation sont très correctes. Les pâtisseries sont vraiment d'un très haut niveau et l'attention portée à la cuisson montre un grand savoir-faire. J'y ai ainsi dégusté un excellent pancake accompagné de bananes et d'une des meilleures crèmes qu'il m'ait été donné de goûter ! À noter également que la décoration est très chaleureuse et qu'une musique de fond offre un caractère très paisible à la visite. Un diaporama des plus beaux endroits du Japon permet encore plus d'y apprécier le voyage. Je recommande...
