大好きなお店のひとつです❤️‍🔥

実はわたしブリがあまり得意ではないんです🐟💦 でもここで使われているブリは脂乗りがちょうどよくて臭みもなく最後までスルッと美味しく食べられるから本当に不思議😳🩷✨️

むしろ食べに行きたいと思わせてくれるブリなんです！！✨️

ブリ以外にも好きポイントがたくさんあって…

お味噌汁が具だくさんで食べ応えあり🙆‍♀️ 副菜も美味しくて箸休めにばっちり💓 そしていつ行ってもお米が美味しい！！！ ふっくらツヤツヤ✨️

わたしはいつも、この美味しいお米のみを楽しみたくて、3分の1ほど白米のみで堪能して、そのあとブリ丼にして食べています🤭❤️

スタッフさんたちもすごく優しいです🫶✨️

前払い制で店内には靴を脱いであがります！ カウンター席もあるのでおひとり様でも行きやすいです🥰

いつもお客さんでいっぱいなので 予約が確実かも！？✨️

以前、松山市内にあった宇和島産のぶり料理専門店のぶり屋さんのご親戚だそうで、あの松山の頃のお味を求めて訪問。 小さな古民家をリノベしてあるお店は、店舗前駐車場が少なめで、すぐそばの漁港の一角に駐車場割当てアリ。店頭満車の場合はスタッフに要ご確認を。 さて、松山市内時代に感動したお味をと、漬け丼と握り寿司の両方を味わえるネーミングのメニュー。 「漬け丼と炙りブリ寿司のハーフハーフ定食」 当時の漬け丼は予め漬けを乗せてあったがこちらでは別皿にし熱々のご飯に後乗せするスタイル。 なるほど、刺身に熱が入らずそれはいいかも、ふむふむ。 塩胡麻油・ゆず塩・ピンク岩塩などの味変アイテムはこちらのお店から初の取り入れ、これはまた面白い！ キャッシュレス決済も充実していて、大変便利でありがたい。 ここはリピ確実です。
