友人と来た際、昔より美味しくなってる！と高評価(一時期は不味くなった、薄すぎとかあった)

ラーメンは変にトッピング多いものにするよりシンプルがいいかも。 卓上の胡椒、ラー油？等、味変もしつつペロリと完食。

チャーシュー、卵は期待してはダメ。 むしろない方がいいくらい。 替え玉や大盛りの際はスープが薄まりすぎて卓上の醤油足した方がいいかも。

ネギラーメンは白ネギが丁寧に添えられててイイ。 日によっては青ネギがカピカピの場合も。 冷奴にも同様のネギが添えられる。

定食系やチャーハン系、揚げ物系は割と安定かも。 ニンニクチャーハンはかなり好み！

自家製麺が個性的です。懐かしい感じがします。

ベースが塩ラーメンなので、味噌ラーメン以外は塩ラーメンベースです。

7歳女子が喜んで替玉してペロッと完食したことに驚きました。
