One would think that after they had the issues with bad customers messing with the food in the conveyor and Sushiro decided to only send out customer orders from the kitchen, that the quality would improve, as they would be preparing only food to order. What a surprise to see some orders passing by us that looks like the food is just thrown in the plate and kept the same way it landed... Fish on one side of the plate, nigiri rice on the other side... It's almost as if they send it in pieces so the customer should take their time solving the puzzle... Some plates come in such a mess and some fish are sliced so thick, that I wonder if their idea was to make a fish steak instead of nigiri/sushi... I've had to complain more than once because I couldn't even chew such a thick fish... I hope they will improve someday but as it seems, right now, their only worry is to increase revenue through price increase and lower their spending on training their kitchen staff (can't even call them as sushiman). Had a hard time finding sushi that was not falling apart for a photo.

I don't go frequently to Sushiro, but every time I go I feel like the quality is decreasing. One would think that after they had the issues with bad customers messing with the food in the conveyor and Sushiro decided to only send out customer orders from the kitchen, that the quality would improve, as they would be preparing only food to order. What a surprise to see some orders passing by us that looks like the food is just thrown in the plate and kept the same way it landed... Fish on one side of the plate, nigiri rice on the other side... It's almost as if they send it in pieces so the customer should take their time solving the puzzle... Some plates come in such a mess and some fish are sliced so thick, that I wonder if their idea was to make a fish steak instead of nigiri/sushi... I've had to complain more than once because I couldn't even chew such a thick fish... I hope they will improve someday but as it seems, right now, their only worry is to increase revenue through price increase and lower their spending on training their kitchen staff (can't even call them as sushiman). Had a hard time finding sushi that was not falling apart...
