Yoshinoya — Restaurant in Inzai

I just recently went to this store, and this was the first time I had a store clerk be rude towards me (most likely due to racism, as I'm a foreigner and she went out of her way to be rude to me). When I entered the store, there was no "いらっしゃいませ” (while I could see that she said so to everyone else), ok not that big of a problem, next I was looking at the menu and when I went to the cash registry even after waiting for 2 minutes, she didn't come to greet me (she was cleaning plates and simply walking around the kitchen), that's still no big deal, I started saying "すみません" (excuse me) loudly, but she completely ignored me still (no "please wait for a moment"), other guests were really quite surprised by this as well (as I could see them staring at me while I was waiting with no acknowledgement from the server), then she came to the registry and said "You can get takeout from that registry" ("お持ち帰りはあそこです") with no prompt from me to say if I'll eat at the store, or if I'll order take-out. OK, so now she decided for me that I'll get take-out, I also didn't want to eat in that location at that point, so I just went to the take-away registry, then she let me wait for a whopping 5 minutes, I also said "sumimasen" again, she still ignored me.. She finally came to me, I told her my order, she asked if I wanted large or medium (because she said it extremely quickly and promptly, I asked her to repeat herself, and she said it even faster the 2nd time), I could understand from the 2nd time that she's asking about the size and I just couldn't be bothered and said "all large please".. Then when I had to pay for the order, I forgot to hand her a 1 yen coin (because otherwise I will get back 4 yen coins), and I quickly corrected it and said "Oh sorry, please take this 1 yen as well" (before she put the money in), she blatantly ignored me AGAIN and just put the money in and said "this is your return" (お返しです) with the 4x 1 yen coins that I didn't want to see. She went back to clean plates and taking orders (again the store wasn't full, so there wasn't THAT much to do). My order was made within 4 minutes, but she again did other stuff and came to me after my food had been waiting for like 5 minutes in the kitchen, I could see it waiting, and then finally I got my order and left.. And of course no final "thank you" or anything from that woman.

The lady was in her 50's I presume, this is the first time I experienced proper racism in Japan, and it just had to be in this Yoshinoya. I will never return, and from what I saw the other clients as well could see how crazy rude she was to me as well.. It's like...

Had to stop by for a simple bowl of gyudon while visiting Japan. There's locations in California, so had to try an original Yoshinoya. It's fast food style, so quickly ordered and had the meals in less than 10 minutes.

この吉野家最低‼️です‼️ 吉野家の鰻が好きで通っていたのですが、先日夜８時半頃いつもの様に鰻をタレを多めに注文したら、女性のスタッフから、タレの多めは出来ません‼️っと、断られる‼️いつもタレを多めしてもらっているけれど…と、言っても出来ません‼️っと、高圧的に言ってくるんだよね‼️マニュアルに無いのでタレの多めは出来ません‼️…と、兎に角、高圧的に出て来る‼️こちら店でも他の店でもいつもタレを多めしてもらっているけど？…と、言うと、その人達が間違っているんです‼️…と、言い出すんだよね⁉️

一度キャンセルをして他のスタッフにお願いをしようとすると、その女性は他のスタッフに行かなくていい‼️‼️店長に行かせるから‼️…と、言い出した‼️兎に角凄い‼️ スタッフ４人程で私の事をこそこそ話をしているのが聞こえる…。

店長が来て、タレの多め出来ます‼️…と、言い出した‼️

さっきの高圧的な女性の自信満々のマニュアルはどうした‼️

主人の分の鰻が出てきた‼️ 次に私の鰻が出てきた‼️…が、ん？鰻がぐちゃぐちゃに裏返されて出てきた‼️

あの高圧的な女性スタッフが私に対しての嫌がらせなのか⁉️美味しい筈の鰻が一瞬で不味い鰻になってしまった‼️

普段レジに立ったのを見た事の無かった店長が私達がレジに行くとひたすら、すみませんでした‼️の言葉を繰り返して言ってこちらの言葉を聞かない‼️

イヤーな食事で会計3,800円以上の支払いでした…。

翌日、お客様相談室に事で、鰻のタレの量多めには出来ないものなのか⁉️聞くと、出来るとの事です…。

…わかりました🎵 …では、私の分の鰻がぐちゃぐちゃひっくり返していたのは⁉️何故か❗

本人達に聞いていて後日連絡をくれた‼️

忙しくてひっくり返ってしまった…だって‼️

お客さんは私達とカウンターに2ｰ3人？居たかな〰️？

所で、お客様相談室の方が、私と、高圧的に出た女性スタッフの会話を確認した‼️と、言っていたので、聞いた⁉️と、言うので聞いた⁉️良く聞くと、客席の会話がビデオカメラで聞けるそうです‼️‼️‼️
