I like the place but when they are busy they might get your order wrong or forget things, it's not a big deal for me but if you are in a hurry and your hamburger is missing the hamburger, well, that's not a pleasant experience... Besides that, I like the vibe of the place, the cleanliness and the quick response when my order had that problem... It's not their fault though, maybe the franchise needs to improve their training methods for very busy times (lunch and dinner)... I always eat there but I try to avoid the busy...

『自宅まで遠いのでシェイクは最後に用意して下さい』と頼んで居るにも関わらず　何回言っても改善の様子はなく温かい物と一緒のビニール袋に入れて渡して来る。 『溶ける事』を気にしているお客さんに対しては『別にお持ちになりますか？』などの声掛けがあっても良いのではないかと思う。
