Amazing Place for Ishigaki Beef😋😋
This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for Ishigaki beef lovers. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn’t get to try the best items on the menu, but even so, it was hands down the best beef we’ve had on the island so far.
What sets this place apart is the quality and variety of beef cuts. Each cut is unique, with its own character and texture, showcasing the difference between good beef and truly top-quality beef. As noted on the table, the restaurant purchases the whole cow rather than just specific parts, allowing them to offer a wide range of cuts you won’t find elsewhere.
The dining setup is equally impressive. The tables are spacious and thoughtfully arranged, and the grill uses real charcoal, which enhances the flavor and locks in the purity of the beef. The meat is served fresh—not frozen—so you can truly savor its natural taste and texture. The attention to detail in every aspect of the meal made the whole experience excellent.
We paired our meal with a bottle of Hakkaisan sake, which I highly recommend if you’re a sake lover. It’s smooth, refined, and pairs wonderfully with the food.
Another highlight is how welcoming and accommodating the staff are. The restaurant offers menus in English and Chinese, and the staff speak fluent English, with one member also speaking Mandarin. This makes the experience seamless for international visitors. Ms. Momo, who has been working there for years, took excellent care of us throughout the evening, and the Japanese staff member who speaks Mandarin also stopped by to chat with us. Their warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to the meal.

All the waiters/ress are nice and attentive especially momo, i have no communication issue with her because she can speak english very well. i ordered one set meal and one special meat that is only small portion in one cow. The price is the highest in the menu but the price is reasonable and you will have no regret to order the same. Overall portion is enough for us (two ladies).
