Highly recommended for a relaxing meal featuring delicious Ishigaki beef.
The restaurant offers beef prepared in various styles, each showcasing unique flavors and textures. Every dish is perfectly seasoned to enhance the natural taste of the beef without overpowering it. Truly, it’s worth every penny.
The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is spacious and clean, providing a comfortable dining atmosphere. However, dishes are served one at a time in the order they’re placed, which could lead to slower service. It appears that only one chef handles the beef preparation, contributing to this delay.
In terms of menu variety, it’s important to note that the focus is primarily on Ishigaki beef, with limited options for other proteins like...
Read moreThe food was amazing and I'd definitely go back for it, but the overall experience was somewhat diminished by the staff making us feel unwelcome. My only complaint was that they turned off the music and started cleaning up the restaurant, gathering place settings off the empty tables, etc., at ~8:30pm when there were still 3-4 tables in the restaurant and they'd just dropped off our entrees. We arrived for our reservation at 7:30 and ordered immediately so it wasn't as if we were being slow customers. Not the experience I'd hoped for considering the price point of...
Read moreI went with a vegetarian, who asked for a sweet potato salad- no meat described in the menu but had bacon in the middle. When she asked, she was told it wasn’t meat but it was pretty obvious. She refused to eat it and the lady took it away laughing, which I thought was quite rude. And to add assault to injury, we were charged for it too. The beef I asked for was tiny. For £26 I can get a phat steak in a pub in the UK. And in the end, she wouldn’t let us pay separately, which is totally ridiculous. Why should someone be forced to pay for someone else’s dinner? It not a hard thing to do but obviously here it’s not about the customer, it about themselves. Do yourself a favour and go...
