I had the privilege to sample your ramen at the 2024 Dai Tsukemen Haku Festival. I am writing a review here because I really loved the food that you served me. It was very innovative, and most importantly, wickedly delicious! Essentially in one dish, there was soba and tsukemen. How impressive is that?! I liked the instructions you gave me on how to eat the noodles - it really added to the experience. The soba on its own was delicious already. The seaweed broth beneath the soba gave it a new flavor! Then by adding salt, it tasted very different. The sweetness of the noodles came out. That, I already found very impressive. With the soup, it really became tsukemen. The noodles and soup together had a very fine taste, and the duck meat was a great topping to go with the noodles. Lastly, the tsukemen soup really became a different soup after adding the broth you recommended as the last step. This was personally my favourite step. What an experience! I don’t know how, but you essentially served me four dishes in one tray! I love how innovative the idea was, and how fine the food tasted. I genuinely think you guys can challenge for this year’s Tsukemen title! I will definitely visit your store when I return to Japan. All the best! 💪🔥😋

The restaurant is fairly spacious, featuring 4 tables for 4, 4 tables for 2, and a counter that seats 5. Despite several empty seats, we were asked to wait outside on a bench with our two kids. It was unclear why available tables weren’t being used more efficiently to speed up turnover. The restaurant may be aiming to create a calm, zen-like atmosphere, but if you’re short on time, this may not be the ideal dining spot. Regardless of the wait, the ramen was worth it — the noodles had a springy (QQ) texture, the broth was rich and flavorful, and the rice was delicious.

Interesting restaurant where you can have ramen and tsukemen plus coffee right by the sea. Cash only, I would’ve like to try the dessert if I had more cash on me or if I could pay by card/app (my ATM card stopped working the day before *sad*). The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived but I had to write my name down and wait for about 25min to get a table inside which was fine with me but for those in a rush, booking ahead would be recommended.
