Milano — Restaurant in Itoman

An amazing fine dining experience. Although they pose themselves as an Italian restaurant, it feels more mediterranean or french. If you are a European, the menu is still going to feel very asian. We got the Regalo set menu with Dom Perignon wine pairing. When they brought in the lobster, we knew everything was going to be great. We loved every dish. The pasta was cold (untypical) but very good. Fish, perfect. Wagyu beef is sometimes too fatty for me but here they prepared it masterfully. At the end, we got to choose desserts from a dessert cart. Fantastic prixe fix menu that was well worth the money. Every dish was a delicious surprise (I’m super picky and so was surprised that I didn’t dislike anything at all)! The Wagyu beef was phenomenal with the truffle sauce. The dessert table was insanely tasty- loved that you can have one of everything!!!!! 琉球ホテル＆リゾートの「ミラノ」でディナーをいただきましたが、事前に豚肉とアルコールを控えていることをホテルにお伝えしておりました。ホテルのスタッフの皆さまは、私たちのリクエストに非常に丁寧かつ真摯に対応してくださり、当日も約束通りすべてを完璧に配慮してくださいました。

特に2人の素晴らしいウェイターの方々、私たちの要望を取りまとめてくださったご担当者、そして何よりも素晴らしいコース料理を作ってくださったシェフに心から感謝いたします。料理は芸術のようで、一皿一皿に感動しました。父も私も本当に素敵な夜を過ごすことができました。

As a traveler from Saudi Arabia, my experience at Milano Restaurant was truly unforgettable.

I had dinner at Milano, located inside the Ryukyu Hotel & Resort, and had informed the hotel in advance about our dietary restrictions regarding pork and alcohol. The staff responded with sincere care and professionalism, and on the day of our visit, they honored everything exactly as promised.

I want to give special thanks to the two wonderful waiters, the person who coordinated our dietary needs, and most of all, the chef—who created a course meal that was nothing short of art. Each dish was crafted with excellence and touched our hearts. Both my father and I had a truly beautiful evening.
