Growwell Cafe — Restaurant in Itoshima

A little famous amongst Itoshima people. Nice little salad buffet with amazing sauces to go with. I recommend the corn dressing.

Lovely, airy atmosphere. Very calm and tranquil and set deep in the heart of Itoshima.

I had the salisbury cheese steak and boy was it moorish. Japanese food so good you'll cry afterwards. Cost is about 2k yen and you also get an all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink service along with the main course so you certainly get your bang for the buck there.

Only issue is that there's not really any access except by car- though you could take the bus to the nearby Aeon Shima mall from Maebaru station and hoof it for 5-10 mins.

It’s a restaurant using local ingredients. There’s a buffet for the salad, with a variety of ingredients choice. The quality of the salad doesn’t feel special but it’s convenient and correct.
