The place is nice because it's new. Layout is kinda weird. Is it a restaurant with a built in waiting area for car service customers? The ambient music choice is a little odd for a burger place. They want you to order from your phone by scanning a qr code, kinda clunky. Ok let's talk about the food, presentation and value. Burger was tasty, one of the few burger restaurants in Japan that actually season their meat. The fries could have been cooked a little longer but had the right amount of salt on them. The order of fries I got were all very small pieces. Was it the bottom of the bag? Ok let's talk value. 1150 yen for a basic burger might not seem much until you consider they charge you 100y for 3 pickle slices and another 100y if you also want onions. Both of these items SHOULD come with any burger ordered. The drink selection was mostly coffee with a few soft drinks. I got a coke with mine for 200y which was not a good value when you consider the size of the cup and the amount of ice they put in it. I actually emptied out the liquid part of my soft drink into one of the complimentary water cups they have. There was just enough cola product to fill the water cup. Not a good value. They gave me ONE packet of ketchup to go with my burger and large order of fries. I went up and asked for some more ketchup and they gave me ONE more packet. I had to specifically tell the server how many ketchup packets I wanted. Well, I visited it once and will not bother to come back. There are other places that have a better offering for a more reasonable price. This place needs some...
Read moreWhile they do serve a tasty burger, it is on the pricey side. Our two burgers, fries, and drinks were ¥3200. The standard burgers come dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, catsup, mustard, and some kind of "burger sauce" and a small order (100 grams) of fries, which can be upgraded to a larger size. There is a drink set option. The burger patty is 130 grams (4.5 ounces) which is like a standard American restaurant size burger. It was very flavorful. Ordering is done through scanning a qr code on your Smart phone and the screen in the dining area notifies you when your food is ready. You pay at the register when you pick up your order. A few suggestions I have for the management are: 1. Add Coke Zero to the soft drink menu. 2. Allow customers to customize toppings on the burger. For example, I don't like mustard but there is no way to request no mustard. There is a ¥100 upcharge each for pickles and onions. For the cost of the burger, those items should be standard. By allowing customers to select from the list of standard toppings, ingredient waste would be reduced. I would definitely go back but would like to see those few changes. The packaging for the burgers and fries is really cute. The restaurant is also nicely decorated. They should probably add more tables because it is awkward to eat while sitting on a sofa with a cocktail...

Their portions are large, and their food is amazing. I ordered the avocado burger which was incredible. Whatever the white onion sauce was they put on it was amazing but it was a little cold compared to the burger itself. The hamburger fit the bun which was nice. And the fries were very salty and delicious!
We also ordered a Orange Float (orange juice and ice cream) end it tasted just like an orange Julius! The Blue Berry Cream smoothie was also good but it was very sweet and...
