I have eaten here twice already within a week. The food is amazing, because you choose the broth that you want, the meat you want and the vegetables you want. You can choose rice or udon and that is unlimited along with vegetables with the lunch set. Drinks are big and tasty. You boil your broth, adding the veggies and in my case the mandu and sausages, once that was ready we put in the meat and it's cooked right away. Im told Shabu shabu is translated to swish swish...grab the meat with your chopsticks and swish it around in the broth a couple times and all done. My husband and I had a wonderful date night here. We ordered the all you can eat beef shabu shabu with the spicy chili broth and miso pork broth. Both had delicious flavor. We added on the sushi a la cart and I wish we added the all you can eat option for ¥500 yen each because it was SO GOOD. The owner and staff were so hospitable, especially since it was are first time eating there. They had an English menu and walked us through the different selections.
