McDonald's — Restaurant in Joyo

The inside of the store is fairly clean, however when you try to order food from the counter, there is no one there to take your order. You will find yourself waiting 5 to 10 minutes until someone comes rushing over from the kitchen area. The drive-thru seems to take precedence over customers inside the store. There is always a line that wraps around the building every time we go here. We’ve never encountered a McDonald’s that made you wait for more than 5 minutes to take your order inside a store. This is unheard of in the United States (where McDonald’s originated from). Customers in their vehicles can wait in the comfort of their cars for their food but those who are standing in line (especially with children who are hungry) should have priority. If there is a lack of staff, then perhaps they need to hire more people. If they still can’t fill positions to meet demand, then perhaps they need to come up with a different strategy… Also, when approaching customers who have been waiting for quite some time at the counter, please be more calm and don’t hurry them as you take their order, especially when you tell them you are out of what they...

今回初めて来店しましたが酷すぎて書き込みます。

子どもがどうしても今発売中の人気のおもちゃが欲しいとの事でモバイルオーダーではどのお店も在庫なしになっていたので直接お店のレジで聞こうと思い入りました。 レジには休憩入りの従業員と思われる方が注文中で時間をかけながら決めていました。 接客側の従業員は私の事が見えているにも関わらず気にせずゆっくり対応しており少し疑問はありましたが待っていました。 そして次、私の番と思った瞬間「少々お待ち下さいませ。」と待ちが私しか居ない状況でストップされました。 従業員は優先で客は後…？ ここでイライラしてきましたが、メニュー表を見ると希望のおもちゃには品切れとはシールは貼られておらず隣のちい○わだけに貼られていたのでひと安心。 子どもの為にもこの待ち時間耐えようと耐えてやっと違う従業員が入れ替わりでオーダーを受けてくれました。 が、おもちゃの在庫をいざ聞き始めるとあれ、ない。全部ない？-ないですね。とのやり取り。 「すみません、全部無くなったみたいで品切れです。」と。 いやいや、こんだけ待ってこれ？ 子ども車で待たせてこれ？ 車に戻ると長いこと行ってたから買えたと思ってたって言われました。子どもも期待して待っていたので余計腹が立ちました。 無くなった瞬間に品切れシールぐらい貼れるでしょ。 自分達も把握出来ていない状況は良くないんじゃないですか？ 品切れ自体には仕方ないで終われますが接客態度がなっていないので後味が悪すぎます。
