片山津バル 牡丹 — Restaurant in Kaga

AMAZING they are so good 😭 They mix the Italian and Japanese cuisines, and do it well without any disrespect. It’s the best pizza I’ve had in Japan, and other dishes were insane as well! Pastas are amazing, drinks are so good and cool (with fresh fruits), desserts were to the point and the staff was kind and assisted a lot. They’re also super fast which was impressive, we were 5 people; and the cost wasn’t too high (about $100 for all five together). If I’m ever in Kaga again I’ll be back...

מסעדה קטנה וחמודה, שני חברה צעירים שעושים אוכל איטלקי מעולה, אכלנו שני סלטים, שתי פאסטות, פיצה אחת וקינחנו בקרם ברולה, אני שתיתי בירה מהחבית. הכל היה טעים ביותר והמנות גדולות. אשמח אם הם יפתחו סניף מתחת לבית שלי בתל אביב. A cute little restaurant, two young friends who make excellent Italian food, we ate two salads, two pastas, one pizza and creme brulee, I drank a draft beer. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. I would love it if they opened a branch under my house...

年末年始跟一團朋友從東京去北陸旅遊，很擔心在臨時找不到餐廳成為凍死骨，於是提早開始做功課，在為數不多的選擇中預約了這家義式Bistro。

本來期待就不低，但沒想到能吃到我人生吃過最好吃的大蒜蝦，使用新鮮肥美的蝦，把蝦殼剝開跟蝦仁一起炸，再與香甜蒜味醬汁拌炒。平常擋路邪魔的蝦殼有著酥脆口感，簡直是一蝦兩吃，而且不需要弄髒手指剝蝦，又衛生又美味。

我們點了14道菜，アヒージョ(Ajillo)就點了兩盤，每一道菜都好吃到不行，還點了飲料，一個人才3000日圓，便宜到嚇人。

我有好多次在遠在天邊的鄉下遇到令人激賞的美味，美食的品質完全沒有城鄉差距，甚至鄉下的更經得起考驗...
