Ramen Tsunagu — Restaurant in Kaga

Our best meal during our 1 week trip in Japan! Superb gyoza and excellent ramen, around 3000yen totally. Small but welcoming, even we didn't speak Japanese (2 persons, イタリア人+台湾人). We went there on Nov. 12th 2023 looking for a place where to eat in a desert city. The host heartily welcomed us explaining the menu in the best way he could; we have been completely satisfied by the environment and the delicious food. Plus, open until late in the night! 昭和中華的な雰囲気のラーメン&飲み屋さん

シンプルな醤油ラーメン (太麺なので好みが別れます) 容器が冷めにくい様に工夫されていて 最後まで熱々のラーメンは新鮮でした

セットでニラ炒飯を注文。 いい感じの和風アレンジ炒飯(？)でとても美味しかったです。

あとは、おつまみ&お酒多めで鍋もあった気がします。 (醤油豚骨は品切れ)

滋賀からの店主さん(？)の厨房から 「お待たせしてすみません」の声。 接客する方以外では珍しいですね。
