If you’re Peruvian and know how to make traditional Peruvian dishes, it’s hard to be impressed. The causa wasn’t traditional, and the caldo de gallina lacked the authentic taste. The chicha morada didn’t taste homemade either. Overall, it’s okay for someone who doesn’t know what true authentic high quality Peruvian food tastes like.
