Katsutomi Kakegawaten — Restaurant in Kakegawa

We arrived during rush hour (lunch) and only waited 20minutes to be seated and 15 mins for the food to be served. It's our first time to eat at a pork cutlet shop and our experiences with katsudon were ones bought from the groceries or convenience stores. The meat was tender and flavored just right. The quantity was just right. I liked that you could get seconds of the rice, cabbage and soup. Although I would feel much better if there were plastic gloves to handle the utensils as it was self service. I would like to note that this is the only restaurant so far that served really thinly sliced and it was enjoyable to eat. We recommend eating here although be prepared to wait a bit and make sure to go inside to write your name on the waiting list. The menu has pictures but all...

今日は5時に15分位早く着いてしまい、熱中症警戒アラートが出るくらい暑かったので、「済みませんが、中で待たせてもらえませんか？」と頼んだところ、OKということで入れて貰えました。良かったなあと喜んでいたところ、「当店は5時からとなっており、次回からは車の中でお待ちください。」と言われました。今回は外の温度が40度にもなる非常時です。寧ろお店の方の配慮で、中で待たせる様な気遣いが必要ではないでしょうか？毎回、お客さんの状態など、お構いなしに、同じ時間に開けて、閉めるという杓子定規な事をやっているから、他の施設等で、時々身体の弱い人などが、熱中症等で亡くなったりしてしまうのではないでしょうか？大切な事は色々なお客さんを同じ様に扱う事ではなく、その時々でお客さんの事を気遣ってあげる事ではないですか？無理なお願いを聞いてくれて、感謝の気持ちでいるのに、今言わなくても良いのにと思いました。一年中、何が何でも同じ時間にすることに何の合理性があるのでしょうか？閉める時間は閉店の30分前位にオーダーストップとかいって、店側が勝手に客が注文出来なくしてしまうのに、開店の時間だけは客の言い分は聞き入られず、合点がゆきません。このお店の豚カツは美味しいだけに残念です。とても暑い日に遠くから頑張って来たのに、とても嫌な気分になりました。そのせいで、その日は一口も食べずに帰りました。最後に客に嫌な思いをさせる...

É um bom lugar pra almoçar sozinho, em casal ou família. Gostei muito do ambiente. É bem tranquilo, sem os barulhos de máquinas apitando na cozinha que muitos restaurantes aqui no Japão tem. A música ambiente é bem tranquila e bem baixinha. A comida é muito boa. O katsu (empanado) vem bem sequinho, sem nenhum óleo. Tudo bem preparado no estilo japonês. Fui muito bem atendido. Foram muito simpáticas. A comida foi servido muito rápido e o preço tbm é muito barato. Tem comida para crianças pequenas também. Recomendo...
