A solid 4 stars. The prices are very reasonable. The chicken katsu is well done and crispy, the set comes with a side salad, a cup of soup and rice for 390 yen, it is quite phenomenal. The chiffon cake and pudding are good but not great. I like them as they are not sweet, but their flavor and texture leaves more to be improved. Great service. Would visit again if ever...

2023年4月2日再訪。11時オープンの20分前に着いて車内でオープンを待っていたが、次々と開店前に駐車が増えたので列に着く。限定の担々麺￥950と炙りチャーシュー丼￥400をオーダー。15分ほどで着丼。担々麺は盛り付けきれい。細麺にぴりりと辛い、しかも無化調っぽい。チャーシュー丼は肉の量の割に値段が高い。￥1,350に消費税で￥1,485。やはりコスパが難だなあ。ラーメンのボリュームもさほどないしな。麺は100gくらいか？普段使いしにくい。 2023年3月9日18時頃訪問した。駐車場が店の前に10台、道路挟んで斜め前にもある。看板が入口右に「コビアン」左に「さくらいろ」の二つある。本業は洋食屋なのか、店内の造作もそんな雰囲気。店内はトイレを含めてきれい。女性客が二組。平日なので空いている。メニューの中から柚子しおラーメン￥1045(税込)をオーダー。10分ほどで着丼。ビジュアルがとてもきれい。博多ラーメンのような細麺。量は成人女性向け。物足りない。丼も頼めば良かった。でも丼￥400もするしな…。特筆はチャーシュー。薄っすい1枚だけだが、提供前に炙ってあり、ほんのり温かく、とても美味しい。メンマは細っそいのが10本くらい。スープはあっさりでとても旨い。柚子も提供前に削ったのか、味が立っている。煮卵半切れも良い色。海苔1枚もいい風味。本当にお手本のような柚子しおラーメンだが、コスパがなあ？日替わり定食と同じ値段だったら、普通の人は日替わり定食オーダーするわ。ラーメンはラーメン専門店以上に丁寧に...
