2025年2月19日までサーティワンのアプリを提示してダブルカップのアイスクリームを購入するとハートチョコレートが貰えるキャンペーンで行きましたが店員が何も把握しておらず私がハートチョコレートに関する質問をしても店員は、なんのことか全く分かっておわらず適切な対応を、とってもらえず、せっかくのアイスクリームがおいしく食べる事ができなくて大変残念でした。 サーティワンに限らず、だいたい、どこの業種も同じですが夜の時間帯は、だいたい、どこの業種もやる気のない店員が多すぎます。 眠たいとか疲れたとか、しんどいとか、ダルいとか思っているのでしょう。 それが態度に表れてお客には、丸わかりですよ。 しかし、仕事は仕事です。 仕事としてお給料をもらっている以上、店員として、そのお給料に見合った、それ相応の仕事をしてもらわないと、嫌な思いをするのはお客です。 お客には、なんの落ち度もないのにも関わらず、お客が大変な迷惑を被る羽目になるのです。 そういった事を店側は重々理解して対応を見直すべき事案だと思います。 クチコミで他の方も書いていますが夜のサーティワンの店員の接客態度は、ひどいので絶対に行かないほうがいいなと身を持って実感しました。 近所にあるサーティワンでしたが二度と夜の時間帯のサーティワンは行かないです。 また嫌な思いはしたくないので。
