Love the crisp on their naan. Kitchen is run by an Indian chef, their dishes are non spicy and yes you can request to have it hot. Various set menus to choose from, all reasonably priced around 1000yen for lunch. They also sell some spices and souvenirs from India. Great ambient. Will visit again 😃

2023.4ランチに訪問 ランチセットにバターチキンカレーとチーズナンのセットがないため単品で注文。 バターチキンカレー¥1,400- ナンをチーズナンにしたので＋¥150- 計¥1,550- チーズナンはナンの中にチーズが入っているのではなく ナンの上に乗ってるタイプ。 ざ…斬新！ チーズは溢れるほど乗ってるわけではなく むしろ少ないです。 これで＋¥150は高すぎる。 よくよくメニューをみると チーズナンではなくチーズグルチャを頼まないとチーズがナンの中に入ってこないみたい。 ここのチーズナンはプレーンナンの上に少量のチーズを乗せる感じです。 ただそのナンもモチモチしているわけではなく 薄く小さいので割高感がします。 バターチキンカレーは なんか後味に苦味を感じスパイスなのか 薬味なのか… なんとなく味のバランスが悪く感じました。 いろんなところでインドカレー食べてますが お腹の満腹具合や味などから残念だったと言わざるを得ない。 驚くことにインドでした。

The nice Indian restaurant with friendly staffs. During my visit to Kanazawa, I went to this Indian restaurant on Sunday, and it seems very popular among the local people and almost all the seats were full all the time. We were lucky to just enter at the moment when the seat got vacated and need not to wait. We ordered lunch sets: vegetarian set and dessert set. The nan can be changed to kulcha (masala , cheese and paneer). Kulcha is same as the nana with stuffing and bit more crisp in general. Even they have in the menu it can be changed to parantha (masala , cheese or paneer), however, they dont have parantha on that day. Can choose in between the soup and salad for the set. We chose soup and it was tasty with the tamper taste of mustard seeds and cumin. Also, for one of the set changed to paneer kulcha. In addition there are some a-la-carte options that are available during lunch. We ordered Raita and veg pakoda. Raita was surprising and it was totally different than the usual raita. Usually Raita has the a bit sour yogurt with chopped cucumber/tomato/onion/boiled potatoes and dressing with roasted cumin powder/chat masala/ chilly. The Raita here is like cabbage salad topped with sweet yogurt nd roasted cumin powder. I wont recommend to order raita. Veg pakoda was okay. The curries with sets are delicious.
