前から気になってたので初来訪！ 濃厚豚骨醤油に味玉。チャーハンセット。 麺は硬にしたがもっと色々選べるのでこだわりある人はメニューをよく見ましょう〜。 スープは個人的には天下一品を醤油濃いめにしたような感じでしたね。天一好きな人とか濃いめ好きにはハマるでしょう 味玉は写真の通りトロトロでは無く硬めのゆで卵に近い仕上がり。 チャーシュー、麺は普通。
チャーハンは普通の焼飯って感じで、若干パリパリというか硬めの仕上がりで、あとは量が他店の半チャンに近くラーメンと食べるのに多過ぎず丁度良かったです。
魚介の方が気になるので試してみたいですね。 金沢情報クーポンや次回割引券もあるので割とコスパ良く感じますね。
濃厚豚骨と特製豚骨が有りますが特製って何？ってどこにも説明が無いので（写真は特製）慣れてない人は内容よく聞いた方がいいかも？確かに言われてみれば他店で特製は色々有りますがちと分かりにくい。
