Sushi Hachiya is really somewhere you should go if you visit kanazawa.

It was a real treat and great experience seeing how much effort he puts into each dish. Every dish was delicious. The montage does not have all the food i ate, so go hungry!

I had a spectacular sushi dinner at Hachi-ya Kanazawa. The owner sushi chef was very gentle when I made a reservation. The each pieces were ‘ magic’ at this Michelin restaurant. It was not a short trip but really worth to visit from Tokyo....

金沢駅から歩けそうな距離にあるお店。しかし、遠方から来る方は 金沢駅からタクシーでお店に行くことをオススメします。タクシーでおよそ5分ほど。住宅街の中にひっそりと佇んでいます。 ■オーダー おまかせ　9000円くらいかな　*酒、税別途 烏賊肝和え　塩辛までいかない即席肝和えが美味しい。 白子崩し　　これは！熱を加えたとろける美味。 海苔巻き　　銀舎利を巻く一品！烏賊肝を付けて食べます。 きじはた　　盛り合わせの一種。さっぱり。 ばい貝　　　金沢で秋に良く出るコリッとした一品。 あかにし貝　食べたことないコリコリ貝。 香箱蟹　　　3種の可愛らしい手毬寿司で。　　　　　　卵と身と内子の3種。どれも美味しい。 がんど　　　ぶりの手前。こちらでの言い方。 のど黒　　　今までの中で一番美味しいのどぐろ！ 仕入れはどこからですか？と聞いてみたところ築地からではなく、ほぼ北陸で仕入れてるようです。遠方から来ると地物が食べられる嬉しい一言です。赤酢は少し使っていて心地の良い酸味が口に広がります。小さめ舎利は、一口の大きさで食べやすい。どのネタも本当に美味しく新鮮でひと手間を垣間見えます。金沢らしく見た目から器、つまみ、握りまで美しい。太平寿しで長く修行された大将。お二人で切り盛りされてるお店は意外と広めです。丁寧な物腰のやり取りには温かさを感じます。 ご馳走様でした！
