Easily the best Shoyu Ramen I've ever had!(I've tried tons) If you don't like garlic and it onions this will not be for you. The broth is hands down the greatest. Service is top notch. Gyoza is great here but the Tenichi Ramen is to die for! Every time I come to Japan I stop in Kannami...

2022/01/09　初訪問 YouTubeの小川泰平の「ラーメン刑事」で見つけたお店 最近の口コミで、いろいろと書かれている内容に内心.....ですが、 自分の舌で確認に行ってきました。13時過ぎにお店に到着。 店内に入ったらまず中が白く煙っていて、一瞬ひるんでしまった。 店内には6名ほどお客さんがいました。座席は、カウンター席のみ。 店内はいい意味で年季の入った雰囲気があり、 悪い意味で、いろいろとガタがきておりって感じでした。 天一ラーメン　950円　大盛200円　ライス300円を注文 豚バラ、玉ねぎ、すりおろしニンニクを炒め、 わざと少し焦がしていると思われる。 その為店内が白く煙っていると思われるが、 換気扇や空調はどうなっているのだか.....。 スープを一口、ガツンとニンニクが来るパンチのあるスープで、 後から少し焦がしたこうばしさが追いかけてくる好みのタイプ。 麺は細めの縮れ麺ですするとスープを引っ張ってくれるが、 パンチのあるスープに麺が負けている気がする、 卓上に揚げ玉が置いてあったけど、湿気ていた 具とスープをライスにのせてミニ丼スタイルに これが一番おいしかった。 感想としては、一度自分で経験してそれでおしまい。 すぐ近くにあるブ...
