An unforgettable experience - like a private Michelin-star dinner in the middle of nowhere!

We are currently staying at Nesoberi Villa nearby, and through the kind help of Mr. Suwahara, we were recommended this hidden gem - a restaurant owned by someone he knows. Honestly, it felt like they opened just for us. Maybe they did?

We’re just a group of lost foreigners passing through this remote corner of Japan, in a town where, to be honest, most places haven’t exactly been friendly to our stomachs. And then suddenly… this. It was absolutely insane - in the best way possible. The complexity of flavors, the French influence, the ingredients, the care - everything was beyond what we ever expected.

The wonderful owner and chef even called his wife (who speaks perfect English), and she came to the restaurant with their adorable daughter just to help us. She translated everything for us with so much kindness, explained every dish, and even brought us small gifts. We ended up spending a few beautiful hours here, eating dish after dish after dish, and loving every single bite.

The fish was out of this world. The amberjack and yellowtail were perfection. The wagyu was among the best I’ve had. The wine - incredible. It truly felt like a private Michelin degustation experience, made just for us, with heart and soul.

We were so moved by the entire experience that today, we’re dining at another restaurant from the same group. Still can’t believe we stumbled across this.

Thank you for everything - this was one of the most memorable meals...

To be honest, the Japanese interpretations of French dishes were at times better than those in some traditionally authentic restaurants in France.

It was a very nice place — the chef, although working alone and also handling the kitchen cleanup, managed everything perfectly while still providing excellent service.

The dishes looked very innovative, yet had a cozy, homey feel to them (the home-baked bread and french-japanese fries...

出張の夕食で1人で訪問したがカウンターもあったので気兼ねなく席に付けた！

「おまかせ」で1人用に量を調整してくれたので色んな種類が食べれたので良かった！

あまりワインは詳しくないが白と赤をグラスで注文したが両方とも飲み慣れない私でも飲みやすく美味しかったので3杯も飲んでしまった！

食事は9品とデザートを食べてしまっていた。 ついつい美味しくて「おまかせ」以外にも注文してしまってた！

サラダ、フライドポテト、スパニュッシュオムレツ、ブリの刺身、カンパチの刺身？、ローストポーク、ポタージュ、えびと春菊のパイ？、ピラフはサービスでおすそ分けしてくれました！

デザートはチョコテリーヌとコーヒー

熟成の刺身とピラフは食べら前の私の予想を超えてきて、物凄く私好みでした！

金額的には「おまかせ」以外やアルコールとデザートとまで頼んでしまっていたからそれなりなっていたが満足でした。

普通に頼んでいたら良心的な価格設定だと思います！
