Stopped by for lunch on the way to Ureshino. Had the Uni and Awabi Don and it was really good. Shared a plate of butter stir fried awabi and vegetables served with bread and thought that really helped whet the appetite. Worth a visit for the food. They do not have an...

情報源は覚えていませんが、東京辺りではアカウニは幻のウニと云われているらしく福岡辺りでも高級店でしか取扱いが無く(当然行った事無い)、どうしても食べてみたいと思い色々と検索しこちらのお店にたどり着きました。 お店に事前に問い合わせしたところ、予約を入れておくと確保してもらえると言うので予約を入れて訪問いたしました。 特上の二色丼(ウニ・アワビ)をいただきました。 これらの高級食材は比較できる程の経験値も少なく、感想としては「美味しかった」しか御座いません。 今回は、初めてアカウニを食することが出来た事、ウニとアワビ両方共に唐津産をいただけた事が全てです。 これからもっと経験値を増やせればと思います。
