Karatsu Burger Matsubara Honten — Restaurant in Karatsu

Stopped on the way when seeing the huge gathering around the food truck. We parked and took our burger and fries to the beach to enjoy it with the sun set. For the burger, the buns were crispy outside and soft inside as they should, the filling were nice and the patty a bit too thin but we need to remember the price too before any complaints. It is a very good burger experience on the road and 10 times better than a fastfood chain for the same...

A fantastic little food truck on the side of the road. I found their signature burger to be more of a breakfast burger, and was delivious. It was nicely sauced without being over powering and the egg has it great flavor. The fries were also nicely salted and fluffy.

I do not reccomend trying to walk here however as there is no sidewalk and it is a very active street. There is plenty of parking here with a small bench to eat outside...

Stopped by Karatsu Burger Matsubara Honten and tried their Special Burger—number one on the menu. The burger was delicious, with a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside bun that really stood out. The combination of juicy patty, fresh lettuce, and their special sauce made for a satisfying bite.
