The moment you enter the restaurant you get the feeling of making a u-turn.
The waiter obviously thinks little of people eating there or doesn’t care at all about his service.
When the waiter served us water, his entire hand was over the glass—thumb, palm and the other four digits. It would have been better if his hand held the side of the glass when placing it on the table.
The waiter’s finger—his thumb—was always touching the food he was serving. At one point his thumb was in the curry and he had a very long, dirty fingernail. In fact , he alternated between cashing at the cash register and serving the food and didn’t sanitize his hands in between.
His attitude when serving was awful. And the overall atmosphere was unpleasantly poor.
I have eaten at dozens of Indian/ Nepali restaurants all over Aichi and Japan and I have to say that this was the absolute lowest of the lowest. I have no ill will towards this place except that their service starts at mediocre and ends at mediocre.
The food was way too salty too.
These issues are clearly fixable but there doesn’t seem to be the slightest interest in fixing anything. I regret eating there to the point of crying. 食べ放題イベントがやってるので、初めて来店してみましたが、結論から言って二度と行きません。
カレー４種類これは出てましたが、ナン６種類と記載しておいて、実際は３種類だけ…。提供されるのを待ってても結局出てきませんでした。 しかも提供された３種類のナンも枚数が常に少ないので、座ってる人みんなにとてもじゃないですが回りません。 全く足りていないと思います。
カレーも薄くてシャビシャビ…。 何カレーかもよく分からない。 正直おいしくなかったです。
極めつけに１人50円引きのクーポンがこのイベント用に出てたので会計の時に出したにも関わらず、割引も適用しないで会計され、それを指摘したら100円(２人分)を渡してきました。 いやいや、ちゃんと言ってること通じてるじゃん…。 それなのに適用しないで料金取ってるってヤバいでしょ。 しかも謝りもしない。
基本的に店員さん達、まともに日本語も話さないので、接客態度も良くないですし、何か質問しようと思っても通じないのは見て分かったので、聞く事もできません。
