A great restaurant with many great food options, and even good choices for vegetarians. Their pizzas are great. I also had the shinshu beef which is known as a specialty in the region of Karuizawa and it was delicious. The service was superb, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Ordered the shinshu premium beef libloin. So tender, juicy, and flavorful! The french fries (baked potato) were done really well Will definitely be coming back! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They speak good English, too!

アウトレットで買い物して早めのランチを食べるために「ラスタジオーネ軽井沢」さんにやって来ました。11時過ぎだったので並ばず直ぐに座れました。喉が渇いていたので生ビールジョッキ770円内税を頼んで料理が来る前に飲んでしまいました。即おかわり。マルゲリータ2,068円と信州プレミアム牛のラクマーソースフェットチーネ舞茸の添え large3,977円内税を注文して2人でシェアすることにしました。牛肉筋がトロトロで美味しい。舞茸は、株が複数繋がっていて切った方が美味しいと思いました。largeにしたので量がたっぷりでビールも合わさってお腹が膨れました。唐辛子とニンニクを漬け込んだオイルが美味しくて、マルゲリータやスパに大量にかけて食べました。追い脂したせいもあり、取り皿はトマトとオイルで汚れてました。いかにも体に悪そうです。まあ美味しいものは体に悪いのが当たり前なのでしょうがないと思いました。
